1.Order Processing Time

3.Tracking

4.Delivery Time Exceeded
If your order is delayed, please contact us via email support@de-netzteil.com, we will check the situation with the transportation company in time. Thanks for your understanding and support.
If the package is delayed for more than 7 working days,we will give the customer a full refund.
5.Change of Delivery Address
Please make sure that your delivery address is correct. If you need to change your address, please send an email to us within 24 hours after payment. We are not responsible for incorrect or non-existent addresses.
6.Order Cancellations
